Martin1 (224 x 224)Martin Huggett:  Managing Director

Martin has over 40 years experience within the transport & warehousing industry, having worked with couriers, interstate express & general freight, local parcel, taxi trucks, as well as international freight forwarding and contract warehousing. Investing in the Central Logistics Group in 1979 and becoming Managing Director in 1981, Martin has brought with him a vast knowledge of the industry, plus a reputation for integrity, leadership and innovation, both locally and interstate. Martin is currently a Fellow of the Aust. Institute of Directors, a Fellow of the Aust. Institute of Management, a former board member of SA Road Transport Association (SARTA), and a supporter of the Supply Chain & Logistics  Association of Australia (SCLAA).

Ian (224 x 224)Ian Carslake: General Manager - Operations

Joining the group in June 2009, Ian brings with him extensive industry experience, including Road, Rail, Local courier and Retail distribution as well as having a special interest in Home Delivery Services. Ian has an Associate Diploma in Business Management and has a keen personal interest in keeping up to date with legislative and technological changes affecting our industry and our valued customers. In addition to his focus on the growth and operational development of our business generally, Ian is actively looking forward to influence the range and scope of services provided over time to ensure that all changing customer requirements are properly catered for and any services provided remain mutually beneficial over the longer term.

Mike (224 224)Michael Wilkins: Commercial Manager

Michael joined the group in August 1993 as Accountant responsible for the group's financial and reporting systems. His current role focuses on the commercial interests of the group, specifically in property and asset management. Michael's previous experience comes from the wine, seafood (exporting) and pastoral industries. This in itself has provided the group with a wealth of experience in many areas. Michael is currently a Fellow of the National Institute of Accountants and an Associate of both the Australian Institute of Credit Management and the Australian Institute of Export.

 

Hitesh (224 x 224)Hitesh Bajoria: Accountant

Hitesh is the newest member of our team, joining the group in January 2012.  His background in corporate business finance has brought a wealth of new initiatives into the organisation and he is looking forward to the ongoing development of this area. Hitesh has vast experience with all facets of accounting principles including the analysis reporting to a high management level. Hitesh has a Bachelor of Accountancy and is soon to achieve CPA status; he is responsible for the group's financial reporting, management of debtors and creditors payments and general administration functions.

 

Lisa (224 x 224)Lisa Jolly: Personnel & Systems Manager

Lisa has been with the Company for over 10 years and in this time has had many varied roles and as such has an overall knowledge of the business operations. As the Personnel & Systems Manager, Lisa is the primary client contact for our IT systems.   As such, she is fully in sync with our system capabilities and able to help clients when intergrating their system with ours or vice versa. Her role also involves staff development, training staff; recuitment and managing all the business expectations within HR standards and legislation.

 

 

Sandra (224 x 224)Sandra Angel: Client Development Co-ordinator

Sandra has been with the organisation since 1993 and has a vast knowledge of our systems. With this knowledge Sandra has built a good foundation to be the companies Client Development Coordinator.  In this role she liaises closely with new and existing customers on account set-up, maintenance and change-management. She takes new customers ‘under her wing’ and introduces them to our operational procedures and provides training in our systems. Sandra ensures that what you need as a client is relayed to our operations team and that they too understand your ongoing requirements. Her role includes backing-up the Operations and Accounts teams when needed; billing administration and quality support to management.
